真实只有一个，但没有客观意识（这里我们不排除所谓“客观意识”存在的可能性）的每个人都必须用虚幻真实（基于自己的缓存）来试图理解真实。所以，真实对于每个人都是不同的。虚幻真实建立在相关缓存之上，缺乏相关缓存的人是绝对无法了解相应虚幻真实的事情的。

第一种人，是指他的本能中心或运动中心占优势，也称为「肉体人」。
第二种人，是指他的情感中心占优势，也称为「情感人」。
第三种人，是指他的理智中心占优势，也称为「理智人」。

日常生活里所碰到的人几乎都属于这三种人，任何人天生下来都属于这三种人，情感人的人数最多，肉体人次之，而理智人的比例很小。

第四种人是指一个人已经将灵魂进化视为生命中最重要的事情。他与第一、第二、第三种人不同的地方，在于他认识自己，了解自己的状况；用术语来说，就是在于他获得了一个永远不变的重心，这意思是说，想获得统一性、意识、永远不变的「我」和意的念头—即求自己发展的念头—对他来说已经比其它兴趣来得重要些。

第五种人，是指一个人已经获得了「统一性」与「自我意识」，他的高等情感中心开始发挥作用，具有常人所没有的许多能力。

第六种人，是指一个人已经获得了「客观意识」，他的高等理智中心开始发挥作用。他的智慧非常人所能了解。

第七种人，具有永远不变的「我」，具有真正的意志，他能控制他所有的意识状态，人所能获得的一切都已圆满，而且再也不会失去他所获得的一切。

两千五百年前，刚刚成道的佛陀，可以说是成为第六种人，而四十九年之后，圆寂前的佛陀是第七种人。
